They got in touch as soon as I placed my order to let me know they couldn't deliver to my Parcel Collect, so after amending my delivery address the mat arrived very soon after. The mat drains really well after heavy rain and is doing an excellent job in keeping my feet dry when I step on it to come inside. Top product and top service!
