They got in touch as soon as I placed my order to let me know they couldn't deliver to my Parcel Collect, so after amending my delivery address the mat arrived very soon after. The mat drains really well after heavy rain and is doing an excellent job in keeping my feet dry when I step on it to come inside. Top product and top service!

Shipping was fast. We bought 2 absorbent dirt stop mats for front & back doors of our house. We also take these mats on holidays in our caravan and it's absolutely brilliant. Our floors stay so clean as these mats really do collect the grass etc as you walk in the doorways. Highly recommend.

Love our doormat! Works well and looks great! However, the print is starting to fade after 1 months use so deducting a star.

I purchased this mat and am extremely pleased with its performance. It effectively absorbs moisture and traps dirt, exactly as intended. I'm so satisfied that I plan to purchase additional mats for the other entryways. My only suggestion would be the option to buy it in a wider width, which would make it even more versatile.
