The Donostia cockles are perfect every time. Clean, sweet, and briny, they are a wonderful pantry item to have on hand. Perfect with linguini, oil, garlic & white wine for a quick meal.

The anchovies are like none I’ve had before. I’m planning a pasta dish for friends with them as the star. They’re luscious. I plan to keep them in my pantry and get other things from Donostia.
