Dresses did not fit

Great - easy, fast shipping, everything was nicely packaged and ready to wear!

Wish dress was better protected, loose poor plastic bag, too big of a box. Box was wet from rain. And box was damaged/ crushed….

The dress is beautiful

I love DonnaKaran dresses- well made, fun and elegant styles. this dress didn't work for me, but I have so many that do- I will definitely buy again.

Paid for expedited shipping, but they took 2 days to even get the dresses packaged. Overall, would not order again. Dresses are cute, but the quality is exceptionally poor.

Beautiful dress true to size and beautifully packaged and quickly shipped.

Excellent choice.

I paid $20 for three day delivery, took a week

While the package arrived on time. I received the incorrect item. I emailed customer service immediately and have had to follow up twice since then. I still don't have the ability to return the item nor will I be able to receive the correct item since it is likely sold out.

Shipped fairly quickly & easy return

My dress was previously worn

TWEED SHEATH DRESS Donna Karan The refined tweed texture and elongated lines give this fitted dress an air of natural elegance.

Good

Beautiful dress

Was a good experience. I’m glad that I ordered directly from Donna Karen instead of going to another distributor I seen the same piece at Macy’s.

Was excited for this dress and was sent the wrong one

I accidentally hit the send button 2xs and ordered 2 of the same. Customer service was very prompt in answering my call. Sent me a free return label for the 2nd item. No issue at all.
