10/10 best customer service!! Issues with shipping, which happen, were immediately taken care of and empathy was given by the reps who were assisting me! The best experience I’ve ever had with a company when an issue arises. I’m not joking when I say I submitted an inquiry and within 5 minutes my delivery fee was refunded without me asking and a response from a real person (not an automated one) was given!!

Really good costume. I loved the packaging as well. Wig was decent but overall costume was better than expected. For reference I am 5 foot 6 inches tall and 210lbs. I ordered XL and the dress was just the right length. Not too short not too long.
