Still have not gotten our official letter for court and I cant get anyone on the phone. Otherwise the rest of the process was very smooth, scheduling was a tad more difficult than it should be for such a situation.

Disbelief and unsatisfied unfortunately
I paid $200 for them to tell me that it was inconclusive basically. Then the Shipping said that it was supposed to be 5 to 7 days to me in 5 to 7 days back but really it took about two weeks to get to me in about 2 to 3 weeks to get back to them then it took an extra 3 to 4 days for my results to come in when the results were supposed to be in sooner this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and to be honest I would not recommend it if I could do zero out of five stars I would but they were lucky to even get one star. Terrible.
