Called about a paternity test, wanted to be sure who the father was. Customer service was here kind and helpful. Quick delivery test to my house in a day. Package and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Not the result I was hoping for but cured my curiosity. Definitely 10/10 service.

It’s was good. Over all experience was pleasant. I didn’t like my results but that’s part of the process. It was very fast and effective. I just wish they wrote the results to read more clearer. I did a full sibling DNA test and some of the wording is confusing. They should add to the page “half sibling “ or “full sibling” as a result. It would make things easier.

I wanted to give a 5 star but getting an agent on phone was very difficult. When it comes to transparency, accountability, accessibility reliance and affordability, it’s a 5 star rating. Thanks so much for serving all and sundry. I am confident to recommend everyone I know to DDC.
