Got the wrong part twice. Had to cancel the order. Only 1 person communicated with me and when he was on vacation no one else would reply. I may try again in the future.

DME has been an awesome experience so far the best prices I found anywhere with fast shipping and a very simple website to use. I plan on purchasing all of my wheelchair needs with DME thank you guys.

Most satisfied with service and responce to my wheelchair brake needs. Shipment was fast and well pack3d.

The item arrived 2 days late. The package was in very bad condition. It was being held together by a single piece of tape. The item itself was in okay condition.

Very good customer service and quality of products.

I'm still waiting

I was scepictal it wouldn't work and even after putting in the serial number for my wheelchair, the part I received was wrong and did not fit. It would cost more to return it so I guess I will just have to swallow the cost of the part I ordered.

Tilite standard velcro backrest 14 inches

Great service, fast delivery for tilite parts!

Everything works fine.

Service is great and prices are affordable!

I’ve used DME for a number of years because they offer a great price and great service. I’ve called them a number of times to help me find the right product or address issues with my wheelchair. I will always check with DME first.

Everything was perfect, the wheelchair customized specifications, the delivery and price

I have used DME Hub for many years and the service has always been top-notch.

I needed help with my order after it arrived. I sent a message and no one wrote back. First time a company has done that.

I wasn't sure what parts to get for my wheelchair but the customer service representative was excellent in helping confirm them. Of all the places I called for help, DME hub was the best.

Customer service, shipping, web site, was excellent. I was disappointed with the product and my $ was refunded without feeling hassled.

Ecxelente service, great disposition to help. .
