Took over a week to post when they advertised "in stock, ready to ship", then held up in customs for over a week. Didn't respond to my inquiry about why it hadn't shipped 5 days after purchase. It's been a month now since ordering and I still don't have it.

I've always had very good service. Last transaction, they accidentally sent two right hand wheel locks instead of a right and left, but made it right. I've been ordering parts from this company for a long time and that's the only mistake they've made.
