I sent the picture of a part I want and they had it here in a matter of a few days versus a few months, it takes to go through the process with my wheelchair company that has to get an approval I use cash and they aren’t equipped to handle cash orders even for simple little parts. The rep was very helpful and goddess the exact part we needed right away.

UPS charged me $125. 15 over the internet and the COD on the package was $50. 00 I am waiting for a resolution on being over charged.
