No problems with shipping and delivery

DLX Mattress really seems to care about customers. They were helpful along the process, had fast shipping, and quality is undeniable. Great American company, I am proud to patronize.

DLX as a company was great, they shipped it quickly, alerted me on expected delivery and have followed up to determine my level of satisfaction. Their site is quite informative and my expectations were met by their mattress. I would certainly buy from them again and really appreciate the opportunity to keep my funds in the hands of an American company, with American citizen workers.

The quality of the mattress is very well made. We ordered Firm because of my wife's back pain (back sleeper) but I was worried about being too firm since I am a side sleeper. Surprisingly, it was very comfortable. No pain in pressure points. My wife wishes DLX mattress makes Xtra Firm. Love the fact that it's flippable. It's so hard to find that now a day. The only suggestion I would have is to offer "White Glove delivery" for single or older people because it is quite heavy to handle it by yourself. Love the mattress and the customer support has been excellent.

This is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. I love that it can be purchased in split firmness in one mattress instead of having to order separate mattresses. I have hypermobility and I purchased this in a soft(for me)/medium(husband) split, then put it on a new base. All of my joints are supported with plenty of comfort. I found this company about a year ago and was nervous to purchase a $2k+ mattress and tried to buy one a little over half the price and had an awful experience, then ended up purchasing this DLX anyway. I wish I had purchased this the first time. I recommend it to anyone I know who is talking about purchasing a new mattress and I will likely purchase DLX when my kids need new mattresses in the future. Being able to ask questions and be provided insightful and extensive informative answers and suggestions was extremely helpful, they had even heard of my joint disorder! I would buy this again over and over. Shipping was very fast, maybe a few days wait (with great anticipation).

Bought this mattress on a recommendation from our daughter. It was purchased for our guest room. The delivery and set up was seamless. It seems supportive and comfy to me. Looking forward to hear what our first guests say. Would definitely purchase from DKX Mattress again.
