Love my joggers, nice and chic fitting. Very comfortable too.

Shipped very quickly, first one came damaged. But was easily returned though the return time took a long while and I had to call to get my refund. They allowed me to repurchase it at the same sale and discounted price though! I will probably use again.

Order was packaged perfectly and was received quickly!

A really nice jacket. I did think it would be longer, though. Otherwise, it’s lightweight, attractive, and warm.

The shopping was good.

Perfect

Atendimento demorado.

This was my second time ordering. The first time shipping was terrible, I have to wait for long time and one of the item was out of stock and they didn’t even let me know until I called , and never sent shipping status, made me think my package got stolen

Your service is absolutely terrible and product quality is not too far behind it. The way you have items shipped out in different packages and at different times is so inconvenient, especially when someone needs to return something but not sure if the other items is/are even coming.

Great

Me encanta comprar con ustedes gracias

Need to send an email right after order. Don’t remember getting any at all ,saying thank for your purchases. I had to go back on the website and adding order number and I’m already signed in. Just complicated. Now seeing review through my email and not one email for my order

Love shopping with DKNY

No issues and easy to use the website

GOOD

Absolutely terrible, packages arrive in bits and parts or not at all, I'm still waiting on items that are supposed to be a set like the rating for the jogger pants they just sent me and the blue jean pants with the tie. Don't have either one.

Bag took 2wks to arrive and been left in unsafe place by the entry gate while l was on holiday. No notification to my email its been delivered. Very bad delivery service

Good

Excellent no problem keep doing what you are doing

Great service.
