Took 2 weeks to be delivered. Came in a giant wrinkle ball- DKNY might want to rethink packaging. Tissue paper goes along way.

I absolutely love this tote! It’s exactly what I was looking for—lightweight, spacious enough for all my everyday essentials, but not too big or bulky. The size is perfect, and I can even fit my 13-inch MacBook inside. It’s easy and comfortable to carry, and I love the soft material and monogrammed design. It also arrived perfectly packed and sealed. Overall, it’s a beautiful, practical, and versatile everyday tote!

Shipment was wonky for all 4 items arrived separately and took over 10 days for all the items to finally arrive. The booties I ordered in the smallest size available were too long and large on my foot and I still had to pay $6 to return them after asking for a one time courtesy for there weren't smaller options available. Would only order from DKNY directly again if the item was discounted and not available elsewhere. I am a huge DKNY customer for many years and not impressed with their shipping or customer service.
