The products are nice, one dress arrived in a different color unfortunately, but I can work with that. The overall customer experience was very nice, with amazing customer support. The shipping was quite costly, and the final carrier Zásilkovna didn't communicate for six straight days before redirecting my order somewhere else for no reason, but that is not under your control.

The pendant is sturdy and heavy, and the detail really nice. Chain is chunky but lightweight. Sits really nicely on the chest.
