I have bought many items in past. This time I paid extra for fast next day shipping. No where did it state that this would only occur after they returned from a vacation and further processing. When I asked for a compromise in shipping cost, I was met with rude customer service. When I stated I would never shop with this company again, the agent stated “that’s fine” and hung up on me.

My wife loves her new ring and I was pleased with the expedited service. I highly recommend the site.
