I was so impressed the minute I entered the Diamond Wish store on El Paseo in Palm Desert. WHY? I was greeted by Jamere who was professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the product I was searching for. I'm retired from Sales in the mens luxury apparel business while residing in New York. The support team was a great help in guiding me through options around the ring I wanted to craft. I have not yet gotten to see it, and won't until Friday, but I am very much so looking forward to it. If I could do 4. 5 stars I would. My only knock was once I placed my order, I was told I could expect updates every 3-4 days, and I didn't receive any. I got one "it's on track" message after I inquired about the status. But even a message like that before I said anything on day 5 would have made me give 5 stars. Again, super great service, but for an anxious mind like myself if I received something every 2 days simply stating "hey, everything is looking good, I'll keep you updated!" without me inquiring, I wouldn't have had anything to complain about. Thank you guys for all the help!

Very pleased with their customer service…. by Eddie Rimanelli and Jamere (store manager). Both took the time to show me beautiful diamond settings and matching earrings, not pushy at all. Celebrating a very special time in our lives and my experience ( along with my friend from Texas) was just perfect 😍. I plan to go back to get feedback on upgrades to my original wedding band!!! Very trustworthy of their service. And we, hubby and I love, love, the heart diamond ring and beautiful earrings!!!!

I have been to the Diamond/Jewelry district in Los Angeles and the building you are located in is spectacular with all the diamonds on display and artisans plying their trade. When we received the ring, it was beautiful. The price we were able to purchase it at was better than dealing with most jewelry stores. We will definitely consider using your company again in the future.

The quality of my new earrings and the addition of the moissanite necklace is fantastic! Everything is beautiful. It took a while to come, I'm assuming because of the fires in LA, but I had to keep checking because I'd gotten a message that I needed to be home to sign on a particular day, but then didn't get a message that it was delayed after making sure someone would be home. This may have been more a result of the shipping company rather than Diamond Wish, though, so I'll stick with 5 stars. Just a heads up to keep an eye on the tracking.
