We ordered our extractor hood, as both sets of our parents had purchased from Devine Distribution previously. Excellent item and easy to fit (according to the electrician), and it looks great!

Sadly on the third time of using the Airforce the fan started a grinding sound and “popped” fused electrics and stopped The Lights still work .

Really pleased with the fan, early days but so far been a great piece of kit. Had a few queries when buying, but all were answered swiftly.

Only issue was the delivery service

We ordered a very specific fridge freezer as the plans for our kitchen had been designed around it but it had unfortunately been discontinued and no longer available from anywhere else. After several weeks (and the plans for the kitchen finalised) we couldn't have the fridge freezer as it had been too damaged in transit from the manufacturer. We had to change our kitchen plans (which cost us) and order a new fridge which I could have ordered from Currys at a cheaper price. Divine matched the price as a good will gesture and I decided to order from them to make things simpler and Millie because had been so good in dealing with me. However, Millie never said that the courrier they used was a "pallet - street side delivery" only... We have just struggled moving this massive, heavy fridge into our porch. We could really have done without this.
