After several exchanges with your support agent (Fidèle), I kept receiving contradictory and inconsistent answers, which is surprising for a brand known for precision and design excellence. I invite you to review this case carefully, as there seems to be a lack of transparency in your product information. I simply wish to receive the complete black kit I originally ordered.
