Great service, the first bike tray I ordered arrived without the mounting hardware necessary for attaching the bike tray to my Owl B2 carrier. I called the customer service and spoke to Kayden (not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) and her was very helpful in sending me the missing parts. I am very happy with Owl Service.

It was hard to get my hand around the def tank inside with my stock bumper but I got it done without breaking any plastic clips and it’s a HUGE improvement

Super pleased with the roof rack. But even more impressed with the support offered by the Owl staff. The rack arrived missing a cross bar and a couple of bolts. This was addressed quickly and without interrogation. The video was super helpful as far as installation went. Had zero problems. The rack is installed and I am very happy with the fit and finish. Most importantly it does not rattle! Highly recommend this product and company. D

We have a 2025 Mercedes Sprinter and we have had these strut kits on the other two before this one. A it takes is one monkey to for get about the factory strut is holding the hood up. Soon as the try to close the hood then it happens, now you have a BENT hood strut. This kit eliminates that from happening. 👍 Thom Redmond,OR.
