I recently purchased a virtual gift card from your store, but I encountered a few issues during the process. I wasn’t given the option to select a delivery date for the gift card. I was hoping to have it delivered on the recipient's birthday, but this option was unavailable. I have not received any confirmation or notification regarding whether the gift card was sent or when it was delivered to the recipient. Additionally, your review form does not provide an appropriate category for gift card-related inquiries. The available options, such as product size questions, seem unrelated to this matter.

I feel that the personal service is really great. The smallness of the company and its position as a B-corp is terrific. Refunds take a while (and sadly, Brexit has elevated prices for UK customers. . . surprise surprise. . . . ) but when I've written I always get a prompt, thoughtful response. I love the 'dare to. . ' values, and that there is a mastectomy line. Keep it up, team!
