UPS are so quick and communicative. I love how the packaging is so eco-conscious too. And the many angles on the website make the visuals of the product really clear. Having said that, the items are almost always better in the flesh, so to speak!

There is no free return if your order wrong size goods. You have to pay return costs yourself. In my case the chepest cost was 20€. Now I wish I will get at least my paid money back (over 100€).
