I cannot get a price adjustment on flash private sale “buying 3 items and get 20% off” on my recent full-price purchases. The counter staff who answered my phone was not helping at all, saying there is no price adjustment policy.

I love Theory clothes—everything I’ve bought has been of excellent quality. However, I’ve consistently had issues with customer service, particularly around the pickup process. I never receive a pickup code. I’ve raised this with customer service multiple times and even tried collecting from different locations, but the issue remains the same—without a pickup code, the parcel isn’t released to me. This is very different from my experience with other retailers, where the code is always provided. Each time I’ve ordered (around four or five times), I’ve eventually managed to collect my parcels, but only after sending multiple emails, making phone calls, and making several trips to the post office. This is incredibly frustrating and not something I experience with other retailers. I’ve contacted customer service to highlight that something seems to be going wrong in the process. They explained that parcels can be collected with two forms of ID, but this isn’t clearly communicated—and the Post Office staff insist that a pickup code is required. They say that they’ve never encountered customers collecting parcels without one. Unfortunately, despite several complaints to Theory, the issue remains unresolved and occurred again with my most recent purchase.

Did not receive my order and order was cancelled

Material feels inexpensive. Disappointed that Theory has now given into vanity sizing . Shape of skirt seems old fashioned with too much fabric, will need to alter to stylize. Overall as expected for a sale dress. Would have returned if not on sale

Purchase was poorer material than expected and did not hang nicely as did in photo - and then now £4. 95 to return - have unsubscribed - used to be a fan - not anymore sadly

One package came days late & I wasn’t there to receive it so it sat in pouring rain and is puckered and ruined before I ever had a chance to wear it. The other, weeks later, still had not arrived !

I can't rate because the item to date has not been delivered and won't arrive til Aug 4!!!!

There is no customer service number, no ability to save items for later.
