Very well packaged! I loved the box containing all the information and small parts that took up the top of the box. Ordering was easy!!! And we used Klarna to break up into payments. It isn’t going to take the cat box clean up out of having a cat, but it is so much easier and faster and we use WAY less litter.

I like the concept but I wish they would do deals on buying two or more for those of us with lots of furry friends.

Purchased the litter robot after having rotator cuff surgery and finding sifting litter to be very difficult while wearing a sling for 8 weeks. The litter robot was a god send. My two cats, one who weighs almost 20 pounds, took to it right away. There was a very short transition time from their old litter box. I don't have any more litter box smell. The waste drawer is easy to empty with the bag. This was definitely an investment, but one that has more than paid off.

Love the litter robot as does my mother, whom I bought one for as well.
