When it works its amazing! However, the one I have constantly reports its jammed. I have cleaned the sensors many times and it works for about a week then starts acting up again. I've had to dump it more then it has cleaned itself.

I love my cats, I really do. But scooping litter has to be the most humbling and stinky experience, especially with multiple cats. And my litter box is in my bedroom since that's the only place it fits, so hiding the smell is IMPORTANT. But this has CHANGED MY LIFE! I wish I waited a bit longer and got the newer model, but I am still so happy with the 3. I do wish it was a bit easier to clean, but it is still so much better than having to clean out a litter box every day. And it would be great if it wasn't as bulky, but still. It's changed my life. My cats are poop machines.

I love my litter robot connect. I never have to scoop, it tells me when it's full, and it's so easy to change out the drawer. Best $500 spent so far!

$500 litter-robot is already having mechanical issues less than 6 months after purchasing! WHAT A SCAM AND A WASTE THANK GOD FOR WARRANTIES

A great product that the cats have grown to use.

I had such high hopes for this litter box, but alas, I am very disappointed. We liked it very much when we first received, but after a couple of months the app stopped working correctly and we were constantly sent notifications that the waste collection tray was full and the globe would no longer cycle. No matter how many times I reset the app to indicate the tray had been emptied, we continued to receive these notifications, multiple times throughout the day. Finally the app stopped working altogether. While I wish that was my only issue, after about 8 months of use, the globe started catching causing it to interrupt the cleaning cycle. My husband watched the tutorials to disassemble and thoroughly clean the unit. He has done so several times. After every cleaning, the unit appears to be working properly, but then quickly starts catching again and not cycling. I have owned this unit for 2 years total. For over a year of that time this unit has sat, disassembled, in my garage. Even knowing how much I paid for this unit is not enough to override the sheer frustration of attempting to get it to operate properly, and we have returned to a traditional litter box. I honestly find the traditional litter box to be less work than constantly hassling with this unreliable, poorly constructed unit. I would not recommend his product to anyone.

Return process is inconvenient, I still have not received the refund.

We love it and the Cats do as well..... Besides the Cats using it as they should ( Going to the Bathroom) they sometimes think the are at the local fair and it a ride:)

Scooping poop and clumps of pee is one of my least favorite things to do. With my Liter Robot I don't have to do it anymore. I love it!

The liter robot worked for 2 weeks. I was so excited and then stopped. I can’t seem to coordinate getting help from the site or email. This was a huge expense I’m still paying on and now am afraid I’ve been taken for all this money. I don’t even know how I would ship it back since I can’t lift the thing. Very unhappy

I ordered this for my 92-year-old mother, who lives independently and has two cats. She can no longer "scoop" a traditional litter box. Her kitties have adjusted fine to the Litter Robot and it has worked fairly seamlessly so far. It did "stick" in rotation at one point but I believe it just needed a quick reset and was fine. She does have someone to help on occasion to reset, and I believe the contacts on the sides may need to be cleaned now and then. We are very impressed with this device and it is the only way she could keep her dear cats.
