Unfortunately I could not take the product. I stay away from caffeine on a daily basis. Pretty much the only caffeine I get is what we can't avoid naturally. I am sure that is why the product did not work for me. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. They were great. They asked me to tell them what I experienced and what other meds I was taking. After I submitted that I was told to return bottles, open and unopened and send them the tracking # once I had mailed the package. I did as asked and have received an e-mail saying they have processed a full refund. Because of the customer service I will purchase from Intechra again if there is a product I think I can benefit from. Thank you Intechra for honoring your return policy.

I was unable to use the product because of its effect on me. There was no long, drawn-out hassle about a refund. It was completed in a timely manner. I wish I could have used it.

I do like the products. The fenfast helped me lose 20lbs. It stopped working for energy. I ordered phenblue and trimthin. I got the phenblue yesterday. I haven’t heard anything on trimthin. I love that I get the products very quickly.
