My body negatively reacted to supplements. The representative was pleasant and gave instructions for a refund, which was promptly given.

I sent my question then upon further looking around was able to fix the problem on my own. They still notified me and was trying to fix the problem for me. I really appreciate that.

I talked to a customer service rep and explained that I never could find a place to put the coupon code in when ordering, she made a note someone would call me--no one did, so apparently I paid the full price not being able to use my coupon--not very happy about this at all . She sent me a confirmation of the note that she attached to my order

I had to return the product because it did not work well with me. From the time I contacted the Customer Service people and had the return worked out was about two hours. Thanks for making it hassle free.
