Don't force me to use your editor, make it easy to export to Word or something I can use in my own program

Once again I have been blown away with the customer service at Desktop Supplies. I placed an order over a holiday weekend and didn't expect the items to be shipped so quickly. Although Monday was a holiday the order was in my hands by Friday. Excellent! The envelopes are exactly what I needed and with this kind of service I will certainly be ordering from the company again.

Templates do not download, template emails didnt send. Good times.

I am a very small customer, but that made no difference in the speed and efficiency of their customer service. It was impressive to get an immediate response and helpful links. Tom, the service provider was just excellent.

I am not able to design my label. the instructions make no sense.

The stationary and envelopes arrived in excellent packaging in a timely matter. My only complaint is that the paper is lightweight and when put in my Xerox inkjet printer can become stuck with the weight.

I asked for 1 sample of 1 item over about a week ago. No reply, no sample. Needed it urgently so that i can move forward with a project. Not even a reply to my request. I really wanted this company to be reputable but having second thoughts at this point, if this wasn't the only place to get this paper, wouldn't work with them. Will call tomorrow to just find out that they threw my request in the trash probably!!! very disappointed

Second time I've ordered from this company. Ordered business card blanks on Sunday. Got 'em Wed. morning... They kept me informed of the shipment every step of the way. The card blanks? PERFECT!

I love to created my own cards for family and special friends. It was the printing of my finished card that was the hardest. I buy all my card paper and envelopes from Desktop Supplies and when I realized they also had the template, no more problems. Best product and company.

I'd been trying to download a template online and kept getting an error. I called the 800 number and was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered on the second ring by a real person! He got my email and is emailing me the template. The entire call took about 30 seconds. So nice, quick, and amazing that I didn't have to be on hold or go through an automated recording!!!
