Used 1" yellow round labels for our huge rummage sale last year and re-ordered this year. Needed them in a hurry and since I'm fairly local, reached out to see if I could pick them up. Tom was great at helping me find exactly what I ordered the previous year and super quick to reply to the email i sent through the site. Highly recommend!!

It’s very frustrating when a company doesn’t respond after 2-3 emails over the past month about a sold out product that says it is being restocked soon. I was just wanting to know if I should wait for it or go on and find another brand for my products. Funny how the counter on this item keeps showing how “18 people bought today!” “20 people bought today!” every time I check back. Well that must be a lie because it has said sold out for at least a month now.

I purchased the 62209 3/4" labels. The instructions were not clear, when I called to get tech support help, only emails can be made. I left email after email and no return email was made back to me. I purchased this product to give the "underdog" a chance, but never again. I contacted Avery and they are sending me what I needed from your company. I want a refund, please

I ordered blank printable door hangers. When I went to try to print them out it wouldn't allow me it just went back to the website. I tried calling them and nobody answered at the support team they told me to leave an email which I did and haven't gotten a response not happy

Product is excellent. I ordered 80 lbs cardstock. The service was very friendly and efficient. prints great great quality product.

The purchase of the 5 up Bookmarks has been a waste since the application to print the labels is poorly designed and has cost me far more time than it is worth. There is no consideration for reliability nor for ergonomics, along with any consideration for using the application off-line with work in progress maintained on one's individual computer. Need to create my own template or find a vendor that cares enough to provide a reasonable and usable template application.

I bought Photo quality paper for a toner printer. Packages stated it was for a toner printer but worked link regular photo paper. Called for support, got no response to my voicemails.

The templates that come with these products do not align when printed. They are a waste.

I have been purchasing my blank notecards and envelopes through DSP for a while now and I'm always happy with my order. My last order had an issue (never happened before - usually everything is spot on!) and I reached out to them via email. They immediately scheduled a replacement and sent an email to confirm. I'm a customer for life - I appreciate doing business with someone who will contact you personally and correct an error. I'd pay extra for that. ;)

I tried using the template - 1) It is hard to figure out 2) No matter how hard I tried the labels would not center(all directions) 3) Copy and paste is not easy 4) Trying to get the font size standardized across all labels takes a lot of patience I wasted too much time to get labels I could not use. I have been working with labels for over 20 years and can usually tweak them and get them to work with minimal effort, but not these. Sorry, I am not a fan!

I am not a novice when it comes to formatting and printing cards. The templates provided to go with their 5x7 cards are non-functional when it comes to printing what you have spent time creating!

I was able to set these up without even reading any of the help tips, it was very quick and easy to do. I love there is a nice selection of different style fonts, etc. to use. The options are nearly limitless. They printed perfectly and look great! So glad I found these to use for my project.

It was so easy to design my Hand Sanitizer labels. It took less than 30 minutes!

After several attempts to copy and paste a JPG photo, I gave up and used Publisher. One card worked - I was able to resize the photo to fit. One card kept looking correct in Print View but printed only about a quarter of the JPG.

Where is the free WORD template offered on the package? The only thing I got after registering my email with the company is a link to a website template with a clunky proprietary editor. I need a Word template and there is no way to download one. When you try to save the template from the website, you get *.lumi file that Word cannot read.

Don't force me to use your editor, make it easy to export to Word or something I can use in my own program
