I wasn’t very happy with the packaging of my items. I preferred four candles and none of them were individually packaged or wrapped. There was wax all over my other items in my package which was annoying to clean. It would be great if in future, you wrapped each individual candle with a sheet of tissue paper or something similar to avoid the candles knocking into other items.

One of the items I ordered was slightly damaged and the returns process was quick and easy. A replacement was sent the next day before I had returned the damaged item.

Great customer service and my order included a gift as well. Very welcome. Will be shopping with this business again
