I was shipped the wrong order. There is no customer service number so there was a lot of email back and fourth even though I provided all of the information needed to resolve the issue in the first email. The issue was resolved but this was a careless mistake on your end and a waste of my time. I’m a new customer so I hope this is not the norm.
