If this is about the online store, I do get narled at the fact you send out codes for discounts but its not useable on sale items. Like my review, it should state that for regular priced only. As well I just received one for items left in my cart not useable WHY WHY WHY even if it is automatic. Put some parameters in for the codes to be sent out.
