My experience ordering and getting the supplies was fine. No problems. The products did not work for me. The products sat on top of my hair and left them sticky and weighed down, especially the Curl Me products. The Puff me create great volume, but no hold for my fine, wavy hair. It’d be great if you had a lightweight line for fine wavy hair. Something that adds volume and has lightweight hold that doesn’t leave hair sticky. Especially for low porosity hair

I love the design, me products and what they do for my curls. It is the only line that actually provides fresh free curls especially because my hair is long and coarse. The reason I gave it a four star and not a five star is because when using it on dry hair, it does make the hair feel crispy and I do prefer more of a soft touch. Having said that I still will continue using design me because it is the only line that works on my curls ❤️
