I have heard so many great review on this product, and I wanted to try it out for myself. The travel sized products I got were a wonderful introduction to the product, and now I am back to buy more! My hair is so incredibly silky smooth, and smells divine! The ordering and shipping process was fast and easy to track. I am very happy with this product.

Besides having great products especially for fine hair, the shipping is always fast, great communication, and just easy. I haven't hadn't any issues. A suggestion though. . . . I am 56 and I have been losing my hair over the fast 2 years. A shampoo, conditioner, and other products for aging people like me that have fine hair and not much of it would be wonderful!

Products arrived promptly and when one product had damage the replacement was quick and easy to get.

I'm a 3a/3b curly girl with fine hair. I use the Puff Me mousse and Curl Me gel. I put a VERY VERY small amount of the curl balm on in the shower just before getting out. I cannot put these products in my hair soaking wet, I have to leave my hair in a microfibre towel for 20 mins or so before applying to get the best results. I wish they products had more staying power - my curls get a little frizzy and flat by mid-day. I'll keep using their line because I love the heat protection, and especially that they are a Canadian company. Shipping is very slow (ordered on Monday, still not shipped by Friday) but you can circumvent this by ordering from Amazon (if you're ok with giving money to Bezos).
