Service was excellent. After using two other brands of fenders, the Foot Fenders are the best I have ever used

I had used another brand of pedal insert and found them two tight in the toe I had another brand of pedal inserts which were tight in the toe area which made them difficult to get the shoe toe in enough. After seeing your Foot fenders in Bicycling Magazine, I bought a pair from Delta and they are fantastic. Also excellent service from you guys. I will be buying from Delta in the future. You should be getting orders from a couple of my friends.

i ordered a phone mount for the stem of my mountain bike .. from amazon. that was a mistake. there was no way it could be attached. so delta showed up. a brilliant design .. i know my phone will not accidentally slip out while riding .. I bought a used rack and needed some new hardware. I emailed customer service first and they answered my questions very quickly and were very helpful. I then ordered the replacement parts I needed and they arrived very fast. Excellent service overall.

Great service

Through a fault of my own making, I found myself in need of assistance from Delta Cycle customer service. Trust me when I say they stand behind not only their products, but their customers as well!

The screws to fasten the toe fenders to the peddles were not long enough to include the metal pieces.

I purchased the Michelangelo Two Bike Gravity Storage Rack, and USPS managed to get a hole in the box, of which the bolts needed to piece the parts together had fallen out of! I contacted Delta Cycle directly about the problem, and they immediately sent me the bolts I needed for no charge! I was so happy because I really liked the bike rack and didn't want to have to return it. I'm in love with the rack, the ease putting it together, and how it fits perfect in my small house. I am even more impressed with Delta Cycle's customer service. Very satisfied and will be buying their other products!

Just to let you know that I received the two rear bike racks. Delivery was fast and the racks installed perfectly and look great. They are sturdy and have a minimal footprint on the bikes. Great product and great service. My email inquiries were answered promptly and I would definitely recommend this purchase and Delta Cycle. Dave

Works well with my Samsung Note 3 with otter box. I own 2, one for my road bike and one for my trail bike. My one issue is that I had to buy the optional mount becuase there is no stem clamp included.

Always good quality, and consumer friendly. Big fan of the cell phone holders!

doesn't fit my phone.

I followed the instructions to torque mount stem to 4 nM, but it cracked apart. I contacted customer service and they sent me another mount stem quickly. I have yet to actually get to use the carrier so I can't say if I will like it just yet.

Locks were exactly what I needed and requested. Appreciated the fast service.
