Everything went very well and the stand was easy to set up. It had worked well holding my 2 bikes. The design is very simple and pleasing, though i think the metal plate with the Delta logo could be minimized a bit. It would also be nice to have a selection of colors. It’s a very nice bike stand and would gladly buy another.

Shipping took a long time but the products were worth the wait. Delta has the best bicycle cargo rack and their bell is loud but small.

It arrived quickly and it worked. Kind of expensive for what it was but that’s mainly because the shipping cost doubled the price.

Unfortunately, the X Mount Bar Pro cell phone mount doesn't hold up for very long at all. It works great for awhile, but then the silicone straps start breaking, and it becomes worthless and keeping your phone safe on your bars. Fortunately, Delta has excellent customer service, and will quickly send a replacement part if you contact them. For this reason, I will definitely considering buying other products from Delta. And, I hope that they can figure out a way to solve this problem with this particular product.

your question askes me to report my experience with Delta; while finding and ordering my selected product went well, I can only give you an "Okay" rating because I have not yet, after 15 days, received my order...

This stem raiser made a huge difference in my riding posture and comfort. I installed in my 2021 Diamondback Atroz 2. Not as hunched over as before and my wrists are more comfortable too.

The best company for bike accessories. Their customer service is parallel to none. The speed in which they get back to you is incredible. They know what kind of weather and traffic we encounter in the northeast and the provide the best products to cope.

Great service, I received a Delta bike phone mount as a gift, however it was too small for my phone, after contacting customer service via email they had me send it back to them and sent a larger size back, no hassles or extra costs, new unit came 3 days after I had sent the other one back.

In the end, the one they sent did not fit my bike rack because I have an older version, but after a call to customer service they were able to find one for my model and sent it out.
