Great to work with, on the several occasions I've talked with them. Packaging on their prickly pears (I have all three varieties) and the ocotillo have been tough on the pear flowers and ocotillo leaves, causing me concern when reshaping the fragile flowers/leaves that they might break at the bends; had on flower broken off in the packaging prior to opening the box. All the plants look amazing.

The desert steel products were very easy to order on the website. The pieces arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We definitely recommend the desert steel company to everyone who stops to admire our agave.
