Did not receive any of the MORE THAN DIVE items in my order due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead of issuing a refund for a botched delivery, “management” opt to ignore a customer who shelled out CAD 380. 65 for products she had enjoyed from the original California based company. Kate and Lisa are a blight to this brand. They never addressed the fact that their courier never required a signature for the delivery of expensive goods, not to mention a delayed one at that. Cannot emphasise enough the utter disappointment stress and anxiety this has caused me, which is ironic in light of what the brand purports to promote and represent: healthy skin CARE. If you can, go for higher end products or go Asian skin care because we all know Asian skin care companies customize products for your skin type and your pores will thank you. The adage “the customer needs to be listened to” is something this affiliate does not respect. Travesty.
