Everything was good In regards to the process of ordering and receiving the product. The only thing I found off putting was as a new customer it was advertised. You get a free product with your first purchase. I signed up for that but didn't receive the email. I reached out and got a response after ordering my kit. I was told that they can't honor it that it will only go towards my next purchase. I find that kind of unfair because I wanted to get the most out of the products so that way I know if I want to order more or not. I feel like that was kind of false advertising and even though I wrote in to the company they didn't on or anything? Or treat me with high company standards, especially as a new customer considering this line for my future use. That makes me question the companies values and policies for its customers.
