I love Dermalogica. I'm a long time user and enjoy multiple skin care products. I have had one unfortunate encounter, whereby I had an extreme reaction to dermalogica's retinol product and was refused a refund or support. I avoid the retinol products and tell others to do the same - because my reaction ras so severe and I was prescribed a Rx that ended up costing more than the cream. Despite that, i remain a loyal customer because i enjoy other products so much.

Great products, fast shipping but they don't always send samples with auto subscriptions and the new rewards program keeps expiring all my previous points that I should have had a full year from implementation to use which is super annoying.
