This was my second order from dermalogica Canada and both times it was challenging to communicate with customer service, or it took several rounds of back and forth to resolve issues. I prefer to buy skincare items directly from the manufacturer but after a second challenging experience I think I will buy future dermalogica products from a third party. I have been using the clearing retinol oil consistently since 2023 but I find it exhausting to deal with this website, and the loyalty program is not competitive enough versus competitors.
