I ordered several more of the heart collection mugs. I find the rims chips easily and need to be replaced, but still they are so worth it! Perfect feel and perfect handles. Fyi, my last order was not packed so well, and one of the mugs came with a broken handle. Wasnt worth it for me to call and ask for a replacement and then have to go and ahip the broken one back, but just wanted to let you know
