First time purchase from Demak Outdoor Timber & Hardware. Easy to view and order items online and received notice when my stuff was ready for pick-up. Pick up from Demak in Ferntree Gully was quick and staff were helpful and carried my items to my vehicle. Altogether a pleasant experience.

The buying process was simple. It took 2weeks for delivery. It would have been nice to receive desparch notification and tracking info. There was no communication after order confirmation

I wanted to improve home security by applying angles to the rails on my fence. Demak were the only ones I found with angle cut timber for the job. Speaking to the staff member on the phone I was able to select the right product. He also helped me choose the best delivery option which made my life much easier. Delivery guy was very punctual and helpful. They have been great to work with.

Ordered some 140 x 19 Merbau decking online, it was very high quality and the service was exceptional. Delivery was much quicker than I expected and Jarryd who handled the delivery was really helpful. The communication throughout was clear and accurate.
