I followed up on my order, as it was delayed and received a prompt and courteous response from the CEO. Upon receipt of my order, I was generously gifted some hand towels to compensate for the order delay. Delilah Home products are the best. I got my face towels today was very happy with them. The packaging was very pretty with the ribbon wrapped around it. The towels were very soft. I liked the mint color. As soon as I got the towel wet, it almost seem like the towel became thicker. It seemed like it turned into a higher quality towel. It was very soft. I lathered up the towel with soap and it lathered well. The towel held the soap. The towel had a spa like feeling. Very nice. I would recommend.
