Won't refund money for faulty paint
I ordered Zinsser Perma-White paint which was faulty and despite all the usual prep peeled off as soon as it was dry. After removing the faulty paint I used another tin of the same type and it stuck without any problem. The faulty paint was more like a paste and not like any Zinsser Perma-White paint that I had used before. I requested a refund a month ago, showing photos, filling in all required forms. To date no refund has been issued and now all my emails to the company have been ignored. I'm now left with recoving my money via my bank and I'm reporting this company to the ombudsman. Worst customer service ever.
