Great product and service

My recommendation would be do not buy this or any product from here. I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased this track on behalf of my 85 year old grandmother for her built in wardrobe doors. I believed this was a premium product that would be as described and easy to install. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Firstly the track did not come with any instructions, I had to email to get them. I was sent a pdf and several YouTube links to sift through to find the relevant products I’d received. They were not easy to get to the bottom of and in the end were pretty useless as we later found out the given measurements in them for fitting the soft closes mean nothing as the technician I spoke to on the phone said ‘you just have to decide where to put them’. So unless you have experience in wardrobe fittings how would you know how to do this? Luckily my partner is a carpenter and stepped in to help fit this as I would not have been able to. You will also require tools to drill holes into the metal track as they do not come pre drilled. The track mechanisms are also all completely visible which I personally don’t think is very clear from the imaging and description online, particularly the soft close extras which we purchased. Had I known this I would have bought a different product as we did not intend to fit a pelmet but have had to at a further cost. Their customer service was terrible offering very little support and eventually they just ignored me. As these were for my grandma and we were on a timeline as part of a bedroom renovation I had no choice but to keep them. Had this have been for myself I would have taken it further but did not want to cause an elderly women any additional stress. Again, for the money it is no better than a bog standard sliding door track and at least the cheaper options usually come with a pelmet to hide the track or tell you otherwise. Misleading and average

Great quality and very attractive would buy again

Undermount Drawer Runners 350mm - Soft Close

I ordered two vasia hallway runner rugs and I’m really pleased with them. They look lovely and they’re great quality. They feel nice and soft when you walk on them. Great price for two runners, would really recommend ordering from here.

Well packaged, arrived on time, and as described on the website. Many thanks for your good work!

Fast delivery and beautiful rug, so soft and colours are vibrant. Non slip backing is great. Only thing to note is it's not as thick as normal rugs because it's machine washable. Excellent value for money.

Good

Ordering/delivery/quality - all excellent.

Easy to order and delivery arrived next day. Well packaged ! Great colours and sizes to choose from

Our builder used these fittings to install large sliding doors in our loft conversion. We’re delighted with how smoothly and quietly they work, seeming to be first class materials. Delivery was quick, too.

Fast delivery with care

11 days and still no delivery. No response to my emails either....!!!!

I have a washable rug from Ruggable, wanted another one but could not justify another £300-400, so I searched. And found this one, lovely quality (I’m fussy) really soft perfect for the bedroom. Not washed it yet so I can’t comment on that but for that price I can get another 2 before it cost as much as my ruggable so I’m happy

These door handles look perfect in my newly refurnished bathroom.
