Brilliant service so fast dispatched so easy to order

This Pocher model (Pagani Utopia HK120) came without a manual. Probably to save weight, material and costs. However, i was able to receive the instruction manual for free, even with free postage from the UK to NL, as service. Customer Care/Support is also quick to respond and was very helpful.

Value for money top quality product

Good service &delivery

Quick delivery. Massive box for the size of the paints though.

A very good quality paint for all types of scale modelling.

Very good paint, easy to use, great colour and coverage. Humbrol acrylic paints have greatly umproved.

Good shipping and service.

The motor pack was easy to install into the model. The motor works better than the old one- stronger and quitter. I refurbished an old Lima TGV La Poste with it, very happy with the result.

por desgracia los precios de estos productos están casi prohibidos. funciona fantastico

Excellent delivery and price.

Just like I remember it

Keep it up

Case was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Would order again

Nice locomotive. Runs great. Was free international postage from the UK to New Zealand. Loco arrived within a week. Great customer service from Hornby.
