I just want my products. You are a super expensive company and should choose you carrier better. Also, since your website prices are higher than hair salons, it'd be great if you could add some serious free samples in orders. This is why my review is 1 star. Otherwise, the products overall are all decent to good. Some are a bit too heavy for thin hair, but overall im pleased, which is to be expected given the price.
