Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe vor kurzem zwei Bestellungen gleichzeitig gemacht. Leider ging eines der beiden Pakete auf dem Weg zu mir verloren. Als ich den Hersteller anschrieb und meine Situation schilderte, zögerte der keine Sekunde und schickte mir das verloren gegange Paket unverzüglich kostenlos zu. Das hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Ich bin überglücklich, das ich nicht auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben bin. Ich kann nur empfehlen immer beim original Hersteller zu bestellen. Das werde ich in Zukunft so machen. Vielen Dank nochmal. I just want my products. You are a super expensive company and should choose you carrier better. Also, since your website prices are higher than hair salons, it'd be great if you could add some serious free samples in orders. This is why my review is 1 star. Otherwise, the products overall are all decent to good. Some are a bit too heavy for thin hair, but overall im pleased, which is to be expected given the price.
