UPS als Zulieferer sehr schwierig. Besser wäre DHL

Since I started using this rack to hang my clothes, all of them—especially towels—have developed a very unpleasant smell. The design does not allow proper airing, and I believe this is a serious flaw. I regret trusting that the design would work and making the purchase. Additionally, when the product first arrived, the package was already damaged. At the time, I thought it wouldn’t be a big issue since it was “just a hanger,” so I kept the hanger and got rid of the extremely damaged box. However, due to the poor performance of the hanger, I can no longer use it at all. I would appreciate any support in resolving this issue. But i dont have high hopes.
