Great service and packaging of product, but super long lead time to receive the order.

The directions for the assembly of this product were terrible. In getting into it, there were some holes that were pre-drilled and some that weren't, confusion directions and no additional support (videos, etc. ). It's a lovely piece but I would not purchase this unless there were significant improvements to the quality of the assembly instructions. Not worth the many hours of construction.

We spent a lot of time searching for the right table for our small home. The table arrived and we were able to put it together with not much trouble, but there are large bolts that are too long that stick out on the bottom side and we have caught our feet on them a couple times already. And the black part of the coffee table leaves lots of marks. If you touch the table surface, finger prints and smudges will be there. Water wont take it off of this surface. You need to use something like windex to make it smudge free, but I am worried that over time this will damage the finish so I have been leaving the table with smudge marks to try and delay this from happening. The extendable feature is great, but be aware that the piece moves in every direction. So, if someone leans on it or bumps it, the drawer part of the table will slide easily and become askew. For the cost of the table, I am not super happy with it, but I don't think we are able to pack it up and return it. I will be reaching out to customer service to see what can be done.

Très satisfait de ce braséro HOMARY : la qualité de fabrication est bonne, le rendu final est soigné et conforme à mes attentes. Le montage est particulièrement simple : toutes les pièces sont parfaitement identifiées, les éléments s’assemblent sans difficulté et la notice est claire, structurée et facile à suivre. En moins de 20 minutes, l’appareil est prêt à fonctionner. Un point technique à anticiper pour les futurs acheteurs : le braséro est livré avec un raccord gaz standard US (conique). Pour une utilisation sécurisée avec une bouteille de propane en France, il faudra prévoir l’achat d’un adaptateur BBQ US / tuyau gaz français. Une fois cet adaptateur installé, l’appareil fonctionne parfaitement et l’allumage est immédiat.
