Extremely unhappy with order and customer service
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience and the lack of customer support. I have called eight times with no answer, and I left a voicemail over a week ago which has still not been returned. I ordered a life jacket twice, and in both cases, there was a delay of over two weeks with no shipping updates or identifiable name on the package. As a result, I assumed the order had not been processed and placed a second order. Both life jackets that arrived are two sizes too large, despite my efforts to ensure proper sizing. This issue follows a previous order where I purchased a different life jacket, only to be informed after the fact that it was out of stock. I received a refund only after my purchase was completed, which is completely unacceptable. I asked for compensation or a discount for my difficulties, but nothing was provided. Will not be ordering anytime soon.
