Bought my contacts and got half my prescription incorrect. I emailed the team and they responded immediately and sent out another packet of lenses free. Not tried yet but hoping they will feel good

I ordered some lenses that did not agree with my eyes, my eyes are very sensitive so I have gone through a lot of different brands/companies trying to find the perfect lenses. Unfortunately these didn't work for my eyes either.
