Day dresses are always pretty, always fit me (!), and much admired by my friends for their quality and originality! I only held back the final star as I always find them a bit too long and have to take them to be shortened! I don’t like my legs entirely covered in the summer.

I ordered this dress due
I ordered this dress due to the simplicity of it. I am 75 years old and hoped it wouldn’t look absurd on me. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it on and fell in love with the overall look of it. Because I live in the southern part of the US, I expect to wear it often. It will be my “go to” for many outings.

I am 5ft3 (163cm) and a size small. The dress fits me perfectly. The fabric is a beautiful quality and perfect for hot summer days. It is soft and gently sways without clinging anywhere so you can be very comfortable in the summer heat. I have worn it very casually and then also smartened it up with a belt and gold jewellery accessories and love both ways. The colour allows you to mix and match with all sorts of different colours or just to remain simple and neutral depending on your mood. I am loving it and am so glad I took the plunge and bought it. It will last me for a long time.
