Order process so easy and communication is top notch.

I'm pretty sure my last order only contained 2 of the 3 boxes (1 peanut and one brownie). I was in a rush when it arrived, and I remember thinking that I was supposed to get 3, not 2, and was going to check my account. And then I forgot, and stayed busy. So it's been too long to report this, but now that I'm out of bars a week or two early, I'm pretty sure I was shorted one box. But in general, I'm happy with the product and service.

The product is incredible - I haven't found a flavor that I didn't like yet! Living in (HOT) South Florida has sometimes been a challenge regarding delivery issues - sitting all day in a hot truck or being left outside in the hot sun without the deliverer bothering to knock or ring the bell, but honestly even the ones that were a bit droopier than preferred these bars are awesome. My wife and I are hooked. Contacting customer service is fast and easy and they are always more than willing to make things right.

Shipping has gotten better. First shipment was in the summer heat and the packaging was wet with melted ice they used in shipping. Much better since that first shilment.
