Fast and fresh

We DID receive the Tristan Lobster Tails on the date that we agreed to. However, the delivery came at about 5:30 PM. The packaging and insulation was good as the Tristan Lobster tails were still frozen. We're glad we remembered to bring them to room temperature in water before boiling them (for about 9 minutes per total weight of the pieces).
