Best compliment I could pay D'Artagnan is that I have been ordering from them multiple times every year since I first learned about them when Covid struck our country. Over this time period there have been fewer than a handful oof problems and, to D'Artagnan's credit, teach was resolved immediately without issue. I find their customer service exceptional.

The ordering was easy and shipping was as described. The sweetbreads arrived frozen, which allowed me to immediately put them in my freezer until I was ready to prepare them. Quality and flavor was great, not unexpectedly, as I have had similar experience with previous orders of sweetbreads and fois gras from D'Artagnon. HOWEVER, I am very upset that ever since I placed this order, unwanted and annoying D'Artagnon ads have been popping up many times each day on all of my electronic devices (tablet, phones,. . . ). I reported my dissatisfaction to D'Artagnon, but have received no reply. Unless I receive some indication that this will not happen again, this is my last order.
