This is the third time I have received these items They are meant to be frozen but arrive, correctly packed, thawed. They are cold and in perfect condition but, even though know I can re-freeze them, I would like them to arrive as advertised.

We made the cassoulet for 10 on Friday!!! We had a 5L of rosso toscano and needed something hearty to match. It was outstanding!!! What a showstopper. It stunned our guests (and us). Everything was so flavorful and it was quite easy. I’m thrilled that we now have the cassoulet dish, and we’re just itching for an excuse to make it again.
